Tucked away in the Bryant neighborhood of Seattle’s University District lies the solution to the curious foodies dilemma.  Finally, a way to try everything on the menu.  Pair’s small plates, served family style offer diners the chance to get a bite of everything, and share.   Fresh produce from local farms, extensive wine list, stellar service and hipster clientele made for a great dinner.

Brisket sliders. Caramelized Onions. Horseradish creme fraiche.

Prosciutto. Peaches. Mint Yogurt.

Julienne Beets. Crisp Green Peas. Manchego.  Cilantro.

Oh my caramelized pork belly.  Dehydrated crispy kale.

Subtle thyme and gruyere cheese puffs.

Pork tenderloin.  Creamy polenta.  Pine nut and golden raisin agrodolce.

Tender beef brisket.  Creme fraiche with scallions.

Potato gratin.  Gruyere.  Perfectly crispy bread crumbs.

Lamb tenderloin. Saffron butter.  Apricot glazed baby carrots and leeks.  Dusted coriander.

The creamiest vanilla creme brûlée, perfectly sugared.

Warm banana bread pudding.  Walnut pieces. Vanilla ice cream. Caramel sauce.
